Can I Personalize My Own Item?
Got an idea in mind a little different than what is shown? Looking to customize something you see? Want a particular style or fabric theme design not listed? See something available in a color on one page but not on another? No problem! I have all colors of webbing available and if I don't have it in stock I can get it. I am also a fabric hoarder and have lots of patterns that aren't shown on the site. Jump over to the Contact page to discuss your options and we will come up with something together we are sure you will like!
Can You Ship To A Different Address?
Any purchase can be shipped to any address you provide. Upon your request, we can include a personalized gift card showing its from you. You'll receive an email notification when your order is on its way, along with a photo of the completed project so you can see exactly what the gift recipient will receive.
How Do I Clean My New Dog Gear?
Most items made of webbing or fabric can be washed with your normal laundry. Collars, bandanas, towels and tee shirts can also be put in the dryer. For the bow ties and flowers, we would recommend that they be handwashed and left to air dry.

When, Why and How Will You Contact Me?
We will always send a confirmation of your order to the email address provided. Since this is a personalized item, we also ask that you keep an eye on your inbox in case we have a few questions or need additional information to complete the order. You'll receive updates after we have all the details needed to begin your project and will be notified when the item has shipped.
How Long Does It Take To Ship?
Realizing your item is custom made for you, we strive to ship within five to seven days of placing your order. However, sometimes life just gets in the way and if that happens we will contact you advising you of the delay and a revised shipping date.
