On this page, you'll find all the important de-tails about our services, how you can pay for your paw-some finds, and what to do if something isn't quite the right fit. We're here to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable for both you and your furry best friend!
Enjoy Free Shipping - No Hidden Fees!
We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders! We know how annoying it is to get to checkout and see high shipping fees, especially when the item could easily be sent in a simple envelope.
That's why we absorb all shipping expenses. While our packaging might be simple and not overly "fancy," it helps us keep your costs down.

We generally ship orders within 5-7 business days of receiving all the necessary information to complete the order. If there's a hiccup, we'll reach out right away to let you know. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking information once your item is sent. If tracking is not available (remember the small white envelope I mentioned above?), well for those small envelope items where tracking isn't an option, we will send you a photo of your package as proof of shipment.
Payments:
We strive to make your checkout experience as smooth and convenient as possible. We offer a variety of secure payment methods to suit your preferences. You can easily complete your purchase using major Credit and Debit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. For those who prefer digital wallets, we also accept Google Pay for a swift and secure transaction. Additionally, we've integrated Apple Pay for our customers using Safari on their Apple devices, allowing for a quick, one-tap checkout. Please note that we do not accept checks as a form of payment. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout and enjoy a seamless shopping experience!
Gift Options:
We will gladly ship to whatever location you'd like. We can include a gift note and ship straight to the recipient. When the item is ready for shipping we will provide you with a photo of the completed project so you know what is actually being sent on your behalf.
Return Policy:
Our return policy allows non-personalized items to be returned within 7 days if they are unworn and in their original condition for reasons such as the size is not right and doesn't fit correctly. For personalized items, returns are only accepted if there was an error on our part.
We are not responsible for broken collars due to misuse or poor upkeep.
When collaborating on custom projects I will always provide you with a proof for your approval before proceeding with the work.
